Privacy and security both are held important in the context of health management. These are not only important for protecting the privacy and personal rights of the service users and service givers, rather these two even play a dominant role in upholding the integrity of the services provided by health department. According to Abouelmehdi, Beni-Hssane, Khaloufi & Saadi (2017), the terms “privacy” and “security” both terms are different and does a completely different job for the sake of protecting the right of the users. Security is all about safeguarding information related to user data, on the other hand, the term privacy is related to safeguarding the user identity.
